For bands
Get booked at venues that are looking for bands.
Hedliner is where venues post the dates they need to fill. Build one profile venues can book from, apply to open dates at home or on tour, and handle offers, contracts and stage plots in the same place.
One profile venues can book from
Your bio, genres, music links, photos, press kit, stage plots and the shows you've played, on one public page. It's also the link to send any venue.
Apply to open dates
Browse the dates venues need filled by city, date and genre, or on a map, and apply with your profile attached. You'll get an email when the venue answers.
Offers come to you
Venues looking for acts can send you an offer for a specific date. Accept or decline it from your dashboard.
Stage plots, built in
Draw your stage plot in the editor, keep versions for different lineups, and export a PDF. Make one public and venues see it on your profile.
Sign contracts from your phone
Read the venue's contract, sign with your typed name, and download the signed PDF.
Bring your booking agent
Link your agent and confirm them. They can apply for shows on your behalf, with only the permissions you give them.
A record of every show
Shows booked through Hedliner count automatically. Add the ones you played elsewhere; venues on Hedliner confirm the shows played in their rooms.
Get seen
Your upcoming shows appear on Hedliner's public show listings and venue pages, and Billboard, Hedliner's live music news, covers bands on the platform.
Questions
How do I book a gig at a venue?
Find a venue with an open date that fits your sound, apply with your profile, and follow up when they reply. On Hedliner the open date, your application and the venue's answer stay together, so nothing gets lost in an inbox.
What is a stage plot?
A one-page diagram of where your players, amps, monitors and inputs go on stage. It tells the venue's sound engineer what to set up before you arrive. Hedliner's stage plot editor exports it as a PDF.
Do I need a booking agent?
No. Plenty of bands book their own shows. If you work with an agent, Hedliner lets them act for you with the permissions you choose.
Is my profile public?
Yes. Your bio, music, photos, stage plots and shows are on a public page that venues and fans can find. Your email, phone and fee are only ever shown to signed-in venues and agents.
Can venues see my fee?
Only if you choose to show it, and only to signed-in members. It never appears on your public page.
Your next show is somebody's open date.
