Stage plots & press kits

Press kit

Edit your press kit from /band-dashboard/profile. A complete kit dramatically improves your chances of getting accepted to a slot. We recommend filling out:

  • Bio (2–3 sentences)
  • Hi-res photos (at least one 1200px+ horizontal shot for venue marketing)
  • Spotify, Bandcamp, or YouTube links for sample tracks
  • Instagram + website if you have one
  • Genre tags (up to 3) — these power discovery

Stage plots

Stage plots are diagrams of where each performer, monitor, mic, and DI sits on stage. Hedliner has a simple drag-and-drop editor at /band-dashboard/stage-plots.

  1. Click New stage plot.
  2. Drop performers (vocals, guitar, bass, drums…) onto the stage and label them.
  3. Add inputs (mics, DIs) and monitors. Each one gets a number that matches the input list.
  4. Save. You can have multiple stage plots — e.g. a duo setup vs. a full-band setup.

Sharing

Every stage plot has a public share link. You can:

  • Attach the plot when applying to a venue slot.
  • Send the share link directly to a sound engineer.
