Inviting managers

A manager is a Hedliner user from your own team who can run the venue dashboard on your behalf — post slots, accept applications, edit the profile. Managers are different from booking agents: managers are your staff and get the full dashboard; booking agents are external and only see scopes you grant.

Inviting

  1. Go to /dashboard/venue/managers.
  2. Enter the manager's email. They'll receive an invite link that brings them through signup (if they don't have an account) or directly attaches them to your venue (if they do).
  3. When they accept they show up as Manager. They can immediately use the venue dashboard at /dashboard.

Roles

  • Owner — full access including billing, removing other staff, and deleting the venue.
  • Manager — same operational access as owner, but can't remove the owner or delete the venue.

Removing a manager

From /dashboard/venue/managers click Remove. They lose access immediately.
