Managing bands
Adding a band
- Go to
/producer-dashboard/roster. - Use the band search box to find them.
- Click them to send a link request — the band gets an email and an in-app notification.
- Wait for them to confirm. Until they confirm, the row shows as pending.
Pending requests from bands
If a band initiates the link, you'll see a pending request at the top of your roster. Confirm to verify the link or Decline if you don't recognize them.
Acting as the band
On a verified band row click Open band dashboard as agent. You'll land in their band dashboard. The banner at top reminds you whose data you're looking at. What you can actually do depends on the scopes they granted — see Permissions.
Common workflows
- Apply to a slot — requires
manage_applications. Open the band dashboard, go to/band-dashboard/browse, and apply normally. - Respond to an offer — requires
manage_offers. Offers live at/band-dashboard/offers. - Message a venue — requires
manage_messages. Click into an application or offer and use the messages thread. - Edit press kit / profile — requires
edit_profile.
If a permission is missing
You'll see the action greyed out or a 403 if you try to call it directly. Ask the band to grant the scope from /band-dashboard/managers → Permissions.
Removing yourself from a band
From your roster click Remove next to the band. The band is notified by email. The band can also revoke from their side — you'll see the link drop off your roster.
