Reviewing applications
When you post an open slot, bands apply. All applications across all slots live at /dashboard/slots?tab=applications. Pending count is also surfaced on the main venue dashboard.
Review workflow
- From the dashboard click View Applications.
- Click an application to see the band's profile, application message, proposed cost, and stage plot (if attached).
- Use the Messages tab to ask follow-up questions without committing.
- When you're ready: Accept to confirm the booking, Decline to send a polite no, or Counter to propose a different cost or date.
The band is emailed at every state change.
Reaching out to a band directly
Instead of waiting for applications, you can send an offer to a band you find in browse. Search the band from your dashboard, click Send offer, pick the slot, and propose terms. The band sees it in /band-dashboard/offers and can accept, counter, or decline.
Past show claims
Bands sometimes claim shows that pre-date their account. Review these at /dashboard/past-show-claims — approve to add them to the band's history, or reject.
