Getting started as a booking agent

Get set up in 10 minutes: create a public producer profile, then add your first band or venue to your roster.

1. Sign up

  1. Go to /register.
  2. Pick Booking agent / producer as your role.
  3. Verify your email.

2. Build your producer profile

Edit at /producer-dashboard/profile. Required: name, city/state. Recommended: bio, photo, which genres you work, your booking inbox email, and any notable past acts you've worked with.

Your profile starts as draft. While draft, bands can't find you in search and you can't link to anyone publicly. Publish when you're ready.

3. Add bands and venues to your roster

Go to /producer-dashboard/roster — this is your hub.

  • Bands — search by name and send a link request. The band gets an email + notification and either confirms or declines.
  • Venues — same flow. Search the venue and request the link. The venue confirms with whatever permissions they choose to grant.

Linking is verified — both sides have to agree. See Permissions for what you can do once linked.

4. Acting as a band or venue

On a verified band or venue row in your roster, click Open band dashboard as agent or Open venue dashboard as agent. You land in that entity's dashboard with a banner across the top showing whose hat you're wearing. Everything you do is logged in the audit log under your user.
